The incubation period is generally 2 to 3 weeks, and can even be as long as 5 weeks. The symptoms of urinary pain are mild, the urine secretions are white and mucous, there are fewer white blood cells in the secretions, and gonococci cannot be found. Experts in andrology believe that urethritis can cause male infertility. The main reason is that inflammation causes urethral stenosis and obstruction of the urethral opening. If it affects the vas deferens and epididymis, it can cause fibrous tissue hyperplasia, deformation, and scar formation, resulting in obstruction of the vas deferens.
