1. People with Yang deficiency constitution should eat some fruits that mainly warm and replenish the Yang of the spleen and kidney, such as longan, red dates, ginkgo, lychee, pineapple, peach, apricot, cherry, papaya, starberry, dragon fruit, apple, etc. Do not eat too much cold food, such as ice water, ice cream and ice watermelon.

2. Yin deficiency constitution: In Chinese medicine, lack of water is called Yin deficiency constitution. It is mainly manifested by the deficiency of Yin fluids such as body fluids, essence and blood, and Yin deficiency and internal heat. People with Yin deficiency constitution should eat fruits such as watermelon, peach, sugar cane, apple, etc. Spicy, warm and dry, and fatty foods are harmful to Yin. Suitable fruits to eat include hawthorn and water chestnut. Fruits that should not be eaten include pomegranate, jujube, grapefruit, orange, etc.

5. Damp-heat constitution: Damp-heat constitution is a physical state characterized by dampness and heat. Suitable fruits to eat include watermelon, and avoid eating glutinous rice candy, pomegranate, jujube, grapefruit and other spicy and warm fruits that help heat.

6. Blood stasis constitution: Traditional Chinese medicine believes that blood stasis constitution is a physical condition characterized by blood stasis, which is characterized by a potential tendency for poor blood circulation or a pathological basis for blood stasis. People with blood stasis constitution can eat hawthorn, which has the effect of promoting blood circulation.

7.
