Location: In the spine, below the spinous process of the 12th thoracic vertebra, 1.5 inches lateral to the posterior center line.

Simple acupoint selection: side-lying position, below the spinous process of the twelfth thoracic vertebra, two finger widths to the sides. Function: Weishu is the back-shu point of the stomach, which has the functions of regulating the stomach, removing dampness and removing stagnation, harmonizing the stomach and strengthening the spleen, regulating the middle and lowering adverse symptoms. It is suitable for symptoms such as epigastric pain, vomiting, abdominal distension, intestinal tinnitus, back pain, etc.

3. Shenshu Point: Good for the kidneys, boosting yang and strengthening the waist

Location: 1.5 inches lateral to the transverse process of the second intervertebral disc.

Simple acupoint selection: In side-lying position, Shenshu acupoint is located at the waist of the body, below the transverse process of the second intervertebral disc, two fingers wide above and below. Function: Shenshu acupoint is the Shu acupoint of the kidney. The dampness and cold water vapor of the kidney function is output to the bladder meridian through this acupoint. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that stimulating Shenshu acupoint is beneficial to the kidney and yang, strengthening the waist and removing dampness. It is suitable for symptoms such as low back pain, chronic kidney disease, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, tinnitus, and decreased vitality.

4. Danshu Point: Soothing the Liver and Gallbladder, Clearing Heat and Detoxifying

Location: On the back, 1.5 inches lateral to the spinous process of the tenth thoracic vertebra.

Simple acupoint selection: Lying on your side, the Gallbladder Shu point is located on the back, two finger widths above and below the spinous process of the tenth thoracic vertebra.

Function: Danshu point belongs to the bladder meridian of the foot, and is the back-shu point of the gallbladder. It refers to the fact that the yang heat of the gallbladder is transported to the bladder meridian through this point. It has the functions of soothing the liver and gallbladder, clearing away heat and detoxifying. It is suitable for liver and gallbladder meridian diseases, such as cholecystitis, sciatica, rheumatic arthritis, hepatitis, jaundice, bitter taste and bad breath, rib pain, pulmonary tuberculosis, hot flashes and other symptoms.
