Men's overeating can damage their health

A research report recently published by Japanese experts said that if men eat too much, the activity of genetic factors that inhibit cell carcinogenesis will decrease, increasing the risk of cancer.

According to the U.S. Overseas Chinese News, the study took 58 men as subjects and investigated their eating habits. The results found that compared with those who ate 80% full at every meal, the cells of those who ate very full at every meal had mutated and lost their ability to move. Experts believe that this is the main reason for the increased risk of cancer.

The study also found that people who drink green tea and eat cabbage on a regular basis have more active cells, but the reason for this is still unclear.

Researchers point out that many people now eat seafood three times a day. This uncontrolled eating habit will often put the gastrointestinal digestive system in a state of tension, and the internal organs will be overloaded and unable to maintain, and the direct consequence is stomach problems.

The life span of the epithelial cells of the gastric mucosa is very short, and they need to be repaired every two or three days. If you often eat late-night snacks in addition to the three meals a day, the gastric mucosa will not have the opportunity to repair. Therefore, experts remind that if food is retained in the stomach for a long time, it will force the stomach to secrete a large amount of gastric juice, destroying the gastric mucosa, which will easily cause gastric erosion and gastric ulcers, and induce gastric cancer.

Overeating and excess nutrition will also increase the burden on the organs in the body and lead to abnormal development. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, fatty liver, obesity and other "rich diseases" are also caused by greed.

In addition, the amount of parathyroid hormone in the human body is directly proportional to the amount of food consumed. Therefore, experts remind that long-term overeating will increase the amount of parathyroid hormone in the human body, leading to excessive bone decalcification and osteoporosis. According to this principle, people who often eat too much when they are young will have a significant increase in the amount of parathyroid hormone in their bodies when they are old. Even if they take in more calcium, it is difficult for it to be deposited in the bones, thereby increasing the chance of osteoporosis.
