From puberty, the low-density cholesterol that is harmful to men's bodies begins to increase, and from the age of 30, the high-density cholesterol that is beneficial to the body also begins to decrease. Exercise not only improves the overall quality of the body, but is also very beneficial for increasing high-density cholesterol. Eating less high-fat foods can resist low-density cholesterol. Men's kidney function decreases by 1% every year after the age of 30. If you drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, you can keep your kidneys functioning well.

1. Continue to maintain the good health habits developed during adolescence.

2. Keep exercising.

3. Don’t smoke.

4. Drink less alcohol.

5. Observe traffic safety rules when driving.

6. Protect your skin from sun exposure.

7.Adhere to safe sex.

8. Have regular physical examinations.

9. Pay attention to a balanced and healthy diet.

10. Learn to deal with stress in life and work.
