1. Eating discipline

2. Focus first

3. Perseverance

4. The rhythm of breathing

This is the most important part of exercise. You will usually hear two schools of thought. My personal experience is that any breathing method is fine as long as you feel that the air is smooth!


5. Stay calm

People who exercise must stay calm and try to keep a "no expression" when exercising, and focus on the muscles to be exercised, so that your face can be saved from the fate of accelerated aging.

6. Don’t compare yourself to others

Regardless of the ability to bear weight or the number of movements, you cannot hold on hard. Many people feel like they are obsessed when practicing fitness. It is quite dangerous to always want to do more and become immortal quickly. If you overestimate your ability and can no longer bear the weight, you have to add half a kilogram more, or you are too tired and have to do a few more times. The consequences of sports injuries caused by hard support are very disastrous. Everything should be based on the amount and frequency that you feel comfortable with.

7. Set up an imaginary enemy

This is an art. One must have a real imaginary enemy to motivate oneself, so that one will have the motivation to make progress and feel more accomplished. The target should preferably be someone close to you, someone who you think has a good figure and is not too difficult to achieve the goal, and someone you can see and check every day, such as the sunny and fit little brother in the office, or the slim prince in the circle of friends.

Don't aim too high and take Schwarzenegger as your imaginary enemy, or you will live in constant frustration. After defeating the first stage of imaginary enemy, look for the next more difficult target.
