The male testicle is the area where sperm and androgen are produced, and it is a very critical area for men. The seminiferous tubules inside the male testicles produce sperm and are the origin of sperm. They continue to grow into sperm from the beginning of puberty. The other part is called the epididymal cyst, which is a pair of long and thin winding tubes and is the area where sperm is stored. Then there are the ejaculatory duct, vas deferens and urethra. The tail end of the ejaculatory duct is enlarged, called the ejaculatory duct umbilicus, and the outside is called the seminal vesicle.

There is a system of tiny tubes in the testicles. These tubes, called seminiferous tubules, contain body cells, which are made by growth hormones - including the male hormone, androgen - to become sperm. The body cells break down and change until they resemble frogs with short tails on their heads. The small tail carries the sperm into a tube behind the testicles called the epididymal cyst. Over about five weeks, the sperm travel past the epididymal cyst and continue their growth and development. Once out of the epididymal cyst, the sperm move to the ejaculatory ducts.

When a man is stimulated by sexual activity, sperm mixes with semen - a clear fluid produced by the seminal vesicles and prostate gland - to produce ejaculation. As a result of stimulation, semen containing up to 500 million sperm is released from the penis through the urethra.

If the sperm has low charm, that is, the sperm moves slowly, it will easily affect the quality of the sperm, and naturally affect pregnancy. If the sperm density is low, it will also affect the fusion of sperm and egg cells, affecting pregnancy. In short, sperm must be of high quality to increase the chance of pregnancy.
