3. Penis pain caused by gonorrhea. The initial symptoms are redness, swelling, itching and slight stinging at the urethral opening of the glans, followed by thin mucus discharge, causing discomfort during urination. After 24 hours, the symptoms worsen, the redness and swelling develop to the entire glans and part of the urethra, the secretion changes from thin to dark yellow pus, and frequent urination, painful urination, difficulty in urination, and difficulty in movement appear. Painful erections often occur in the evening. A small number of cases have symptoms of mild fever and fatigue. The inguinal lymph nodes on both sides can also be infected and cause redness, swelling, pain, and even purulent.
