How to judge the quality of sperm

Sperm is a man's somatic cell and the "seed" for men to produce offspring. It can fuse with a woman's egg cell to produce sperm-egg fusion and grow into a test tube embryo step by step. Sperm consists of a head, neck, middle region, main segment and tail segment. The tail segment cannot be seen under an optical microscope, so it can be considered that sperm consists of a head (and neck) and a tail (middle region and main segment). The front end of the head is the apical body, which is the key weapon for sperm to enter the egg cell. Behind the apical body is the nucleus of the sperm, which carries genetic material from the pregnant father. The tail of the sperm is like a diesel engine, which can provide driving force for it to swing forward.

To put it more vividly, a sperm is like a delivery truck, which is loaded with the capsules that the father wants to deliver to the mother - the genetic material. Moreover, there are not just one truck, but hundreds of millions of them, and all of them have only one purpose: to have a truck to deliver the capsules safely. Even so, many people still cannot successfully get pregnant. So, how can the capsules be delivered successfully? How do you know the quality of sperm?

1. Total: Male sperm concentration ≥ 15 Specific 106/ml, Male sperm count ≥ 39 Specific 106/one male ejaculation. A courier company needs at least 39 million vehicles to deliver one delivery. 3. Shape: The proportion of normal-shaped sperm is ≥4%. Some trucks may have a flat tire. Although they drive forward diligently, they will eventually fall behind. Some trucks may have their trunks knocked off. Although it does not affect driving, the cysts may fall on the road.
