Semen pH

There are many adverse effects caused by male necrospermia, the most serious of which is infertility, which is also the pain point for many patients. It is unacceptable for a normal man to be unable to pass on his offspring due to his own necrospermia. In fact, male necrospermia is not terrible, and it can be treated immediately. So, let's talk about the actual causes of male necrospermia.

1. Male sperm nutrient deficiency: Glucose is produced by the seminal vesicles and is an essential substance for the survival and activity of male sperm. When the seminal vesicles are inflamed, the glucose in the seminal vesicle fluid decreases, and the invasion of bacteria and inflammatory body cells causes excessive consumption of nutrients; or when the seminal vesicles are damaged, there is no glucose, and male sperm lacks vitamin A, leading to necrospermia.

2. Changes in semen pH value: Normal sperm pH value is 7.2-7.8. If the pH is 9.0, sperm motility will be significantly reduced. When the male reproductive organs are inflamed, they will be affected by bacterial metabolites and inflammatory secretions, which will more easily lead to sperm death.

3. Insufficient oxygen production: Inflammation of the reproductive organs, especially prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis, can cause febrile hematoma, edema, local hemorrhage, and slow blood flow, resulting in insufficient blood supply to the part. When sperm passes through the inflamed seminal vesicles, prostate, and ejaculatory ducts, they may die due to lack of oxygen. When the spermatic veins are varicose, the local temperature increases, which can also increase the number of dead sperm.

4. Other reasons: Lack of nutrients in semen, especially zinc, can affect sperm motility and cause sperm death. Lack of vitamin C, poisoning by some toxic substances, excessive drinking, etc. can all increase the sperm mortality rate.

Under normal circumstances, within 1 hour after semen is discharged from the body, the normal condition of sperm should be more than 70%. If the death rate of a man's sperm exceeds 40%, it is called necrospermia.

So can male necrospermia be cured? Authoritative experts from relevant hospital clinics said that there are many reasons for male necrospermia, but the key reason is inflammation of the male ejaculatory duct and attached sex hormones. Another reason is that men abstain from sex for too long, which leads to an increase in the number of dead sperms, and of course the survival rate of sperms will be very low.

Can male necrospermia be cured? The clinical symptoms of male necrospermia are not very consistent. Some patients have no clinical medical symptoms, but some patients suffer from orchitis or other inflammations, such as chronic prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis.

According to the description in the above article, I believe that most men have already understood the actual cause of male necrospermia. In fact, the general causes of male necrospermia include: lack of nutrients in male sperm, changes in sperm pH, and insufficient oxygen production. Therefore, understanding the cause of male necrospermia is actually beneficial for future symptomatic treatment. The important thing is that our male patients should not be afraid of seeing a doctor.
