Treatment of foreskin

Treatment of foreskin

Basically, most men have the phenomenon of prepuce being too long to some extent. Prepuce is a common male disease. Some men with prepuce have had their prepuce circumcised when they were young, while some men with prepuce are not. However, men should be aware that prepuce is too long and can easily lead to foreskin cancer. So what are the specific treatment options for prepuce?

Phimosis is a common disease in men. If the foreskin of men cannot be retracted to the ideal state after adulthood, it will not only affect the normal sex life, but also cause other reproductive system diseases due to bacterial accumulation. So how to treat phimosis by yourself? Let me introduce it to you.

How to treat foreskin too long?

1. Wash frequently. Men with long foreskin will secrete a white secretion from their sebaceous glands. This secretion is not only extremely smelly, but also difficult to expel. If the secretion accumulates for a long time, it will form smegma. Smegma contains a large number of bacteria, which will cause inflammation of the glans penis and foreskin, lead to sexual pain, and even penile cancer. Therefore, men should often turn up their foreskin to wash it. When washing, do not use soap or shower gel, just use water.

2. Self-correction. Male adolescents can use self-correction to improve the condition of prepuce being too long. Male friends can gently flip the foreskin upwards about two or three times with their hands, leaving the glans exposed for a while, and then release their hands. After persisting in this way for a period of time, the glans will bulge due to the development of the body, and the prepuce being too long can be effectively corrected.

3. Actively treat. If self-correction of prepuce is ineffective, or inflammation has occurred, you must go to the hospital for treatment in time. Prepuce can be treated with circumcision. Circumcision is very simple. After local anesthesia, the operation can usually be completed in ten minutes. Pay attention to hygiene after the operation and actively prevent infection.

Many male friends think that long foreskin is very common, so there is no need for treatment. In fact, this is not the case. Not only is premature foreskin easy to cause premature ejaculation and balanoposthitis, but it may also affect kidney function due to inflammation, which seriously threatens the health of male friends. This requires male friends to go to a regular hospital for outpatient treatment without delay.
