How to ejaculate sperm

In fact, the male reproductive system is also quite complicated. The discharge of sperm alone has a relatively complicated channel. If a man finds that the sperm survival rate is low, he should go to the hospital for a semen test in time. Before the semen test, doctors and nurses will give men a container to collect semen. So at this time, men need to discharge semen through self-defecation. So what methods can promote semen discharge at this time?

Before being ejaculated, sperm is mainly stored in the tail of the epididymis. When a man reaches orgasm, the smooth muscles of the tail of the epididymis, the vas deferens, and the ejaculatory duct contract in a coordinated rhythmic manner, injecting sperm and the fluid in the epididymis and vas deferens directly into the posterior urethra through the ejaculatory duct. At the same time, the seminal vesicle contracts several times to discharge its secretions into the posterior urethra, which has the effect of flushing sperm from the urethra. At this time, the smooth muscles of the prostate also contract, causing the prostatic fluid to be discharged. Finally, through this series of reflex actions and the coordinated contraction of the perineal muscles, the semen is discharged from the body through the urethra, completing the entire ejaculation process. Semen is mainly composed of sperm and seminal plasma (mainly including seminal vesicle fluid and prostatic fluid), but before ejaculation, these three parts are separated from each other.

Sperm production

There are two types of cells in the epithelium of the seminiferous tubules of the male testicles: one type is called spermatids, which can develop into sperm; the other type is called supporting cells, which have the function of supporting and nourishing spermatids.

Sperm is the mature reproductive cell of males. Their development starts from immature spermatogonia. Spermatogonia divide many times and increase in size to become spermatocytes, which divide again to become spermatids, and finally develop into mature spermatozoa, that is, primordial cells-spermatocytes-spermatocytes-spermatozoa.

After sperm matures, it falls into the lumen of the seminiferous tubules and slowly migrates to the epididymis. Some of it is stored there, while most of it migrates to the vas deferens and its ampulla for storage until it is expelled during ejaculation.

During the formation of sperm, a suitable and relatively constant environment is required, and temperature is an important condition for sperm production. This suitable and relatively constant environmental temperature is regulated by the expansion and contraction of the scrotum. When the outside temperature rises, the scrotum expands and expands the heat dissipation area to cool down; conversely, when the outside temperature drops, the scrotum shrinks to keep warm. Through this regulation, the temperature inside the scrotum is kept 1.5-2.0℃ lower than the abdominal cavity.

Human sperm production is a continuous process. Sperm is produced every moment, which means that there are mature sperm in the body at all times. This is obviously different from the fact that only one egg matures every month in women.

An adult produces about 10 million sperm per gram of testicular tissue per day. The testicles on both sides weigh about 30 to 40 grams, so the number of sperm produced every day can reach hundreds of millions.
