Leukocytospermia

Leukocytospermia

Leukocytospermia is also a disease that affects the normal reproductive function of male friends. After it occurs, it is a relatively stubborn type of disease. Many patients are unable to achieve complete recovery through treatment, and Western medicine is currently helpless against this disease. Patients can only take some traditional Chinese medicine treatment measures and use some Chinese herbal medicines to achieve the therapeutic effect.

Pale tongue with white fur, and weak pulse.

Wet heat injection type

Symptoms: Warm, flaccid penis, weak erection; hot and damp scrotum, bitter, sticky and uncomfortable taste in the mouth, thirst but no desire to drink; hot, red, bitter and painful urine. Red tongue with yellow and greasy coating, slippery and rapid pulse.

Liver depression and blood stasis type

Symptoms: high sperm mortality rate or low sperm motility; stabbing pain in the perineum or lower abdomen; grayish complexion, purple lips; chest pain, depression and anger; tinnitus and closure of the ears. Purple tongue, stringy pulse, or stagnant and unsmooth

Semen that does not liquefy or has high viscosity is one of the causes of male infertility, and one of the most important factors may be that it affects the motility of sperm, leading to infertility. In seminal plasma of semen that does not liquefy, thin and long fibrils can be seen, which are intertwined with each other, reducing the space for sperm movement and restraining sperm. At the same time, thick fibers are also seen to be connected to a network by many thin fibers, which may be the reason for the mechanical restriction of sperm forward movement.

When urokinase-type lysine activator (uPA) was used alone in vitro on non-liquefied semen samples, it was found that when the semen changed from a non-liquefied state to a liquefied state, the sperm motility and forward motility ability were significantly improved, and the same effect was obtained using chymotrypsin.
