Sperm yellow

Sperm yellow

When your sperm secretes yellow substances, it is best to have a specific andrological examination. This may be due to sperm abnormalities. If the condition is more serious, it may cause male friends to be unable to reproduce normally in the future, and eventually develop azoospermia, sperm abnormalities, etc. These will all reduce the quality of sperm, so it must be treated in the early stages.

Abnormal performance

1. Azoospermia: Azoospermia refers to the fact that no sperm was found in three semen examinations. Azoospermia is divided into two types: "acquired azoospermia" and "obstructive azoospermia". The former refers to the atrophy and regression of the testicular sperm cells, which cannot produce sperm; the latter refers to the fact that the testicles can produce sperm, but the vas deferens is blocked and cannot be discharged.

2. Necrozoospermia: The survival rate of sperm in semen increases. If more than 40% of dead sperm are found in semen analysis, it is called necrospermia, also known as excessive necrospermia. However, if the number of dead sperm increases artificially due to improper analysis methods or failure to collect semen according to normal methods, it is called pseudonecrospermia and must be identified.

3. Sperm deformity: The abnormal sperm in semen exceeds 20%. The abnormal sperm include abnormal shapes of head, body and tail, or mixed deformities of head and body.

4. Sperm agglutination syndrome: Due to the presence of sperm antibodies, sperms themselves agglutinate. If sperm agglutination is found in both sperm agglutination test and post-coital test, it is sperm agglutination syndrome, which must be distinguished from seminal vesicle liquefaction syndrome.

5. Abnormal sperm motility (asthenozoospermia): Normal sperm will move actively and in a straight line, while sperm with abnormal motility will be inactive, have poor motility, or can only move or rotate in place.

Seven taboos

1. Fear of smoking and drinking: Smoking and alcoholism are the biggest enemies of sperm. Nicotine in cigarettes can not only reduce the secretion of sex hormones in men, but also directly kill sperm. Long-term and heavy drinking will cause 70% of sperm to develop poorly or lose vitality.

2. Fear of hunger: Some men are picky eaters and do not like to eat animal food. Over time, this will cause the zinc content in the body to decrease. Zinc deficiency in men will cause a decrease in sexual desire and sexual function, and a decrease in sperm count.

3. Heat intolerance: The scrotum is the "temperature regulator" of the testicles. When the temperature is too low, the scrotum will shrink and move closer to the body; when the temperature is too high, the scrotum will relax and move away from the body. The testicles adapt to a temperature of 34°C, and only under normal circumstances can the testicles produce normal sperm. When the testicle temperature exceeds 40°C, the quality of semen will be affected. If a man has the habit of taking a hot bath, steaming in a sauna, or sitting for a long time, it will reduce sperm production.

4. Fear of frequency: Too frequent sexual intercourse will reduce the amount of sperm in each ejaculation. If there are less than 20 million sperm per milliliter of semen, the chance of pregnancy will be very small.

5. Fear of worry: Due to family trivialities, the couple is not in harmony and blames each other, and both parties are in depression or distress all day long, which can directly affect the body's nervous system and endocrine function, causing disorder in testicular spermatogenesis and leading to infertility.

Fear of drugs + X-rays: Some drugs have damaging effects on sperm, such as furan drugs and hormones, which can induce sperm growth disorders, sperm chromosome damage or breakage, and large doses of radiation exposure can cause sperm chromosome abnormalities.
