Physiological gynecomastia generally occurs in newborns, adolescence and the elderly. Pathological gynecomastia can be seen in congenital atesticular syndrome, testicular feminization, viral orchitis, testicular atrophy caused by trauma, testicular tumors, etc.

5. Men's breast health, diet and exercise are the key to prevention. The most important thing to pay attention to when male breast development is abnormal is the risk of cancer. If male breast development is normal, there is basically no cancer, but male breast hyperplasia may still have the possibility of malignant changes.
