What is impotence?

Male sexual function is a very important ability. It is the basis for men to successfully complete their sexual life. Once the male function weakens, it may bring great pressure to men's lives and affect their physical and mental health. For example, impotence is one of the physiological problems encountered by many men, which will make men unable to have sexual life, etc. Let's take a look at what is impotence?

Among young patients with impotence, 70% suffer from psychological impotence and do not require surgery. Among the 30% with organic impotence, if there is no history of trauma but there are problems with the blood vessels of the penis itself, surgery may be required.

Impotence is a big blow to young people. Why? Because in addition to paying attention to their careers and studies, young people also have high demands on their bodies. Once they suspect that they have impotence, they cannot find the cause or the treatment does not work well. The blow to them is even greater, which will inevitably increase the psychological burden. Once this psychological burden forms anxiety and depression, it will in turn aggravate impotence, entering a vicious cycle. In the end, no matter what method the doctor uses, it will not work. The patient feels that there is no hope and the sky is falling. This is the psychological state of many young people after they suffer from impotence.

If the examination shows that there is a problem with the penile artery, resulting in insufficient blood flowing into the penis, surgery can be performed to convert a vein in the penis into an artery to increase the blood flow into the penis. If it is a venous problem, too much blood flows out, which is called venous fistula. Surgery can be performed to reduce venous blood flow. The surgical methods include venous embedding surgery and ligation surgery. Ligation surgery is simpler, but embedding surgery is more effective.

In fact, for young people, there are very few cases of impotence that cannot be cured. The psychological burden on erection is sometimes more serious than organic impotence. If you encounter this problem, you should see a doctor in time, and don't keep it in your heart to cause yourself more psychological pressure. It can be cured through scientific psychological behavior training and counseling.

As long as the problem is with the penile blood vessels, surgery should be able to cure it. Moreover, compared with middle-aged and elderly people, surgery has better results in young people.
