Pictures of normal testicular ptosis

Some male friends' testicles will droop, which makes many men wonder? Is it because the testicles are too heavy and pulled out? It's very strange that it's not. What's going on? Where are the testicles of ordinary people? What are the prevention and treatment methods? What are the photos of normal testicular sagging? Let's take a look at the words of the authoritative experts and see how they explain this situation.

After the male testicles of mammals have completed a certain growth and development, they descend from the abdomen to the scrotum. The period of descent is not necessarily during puberty, for example, most of the testicles have descended by the time humans are born. The descent of the testicles of mammals with scrotums, keeping the testicular temperature at a level lower than the normal body temperature, is a necessary factor for sperm production. With different species, some male testicles remain in the abdomen for life; in addition, many rodents only migrate to the scrotum during the reproductive period.

Normal testicles are located in the scrotum, and the suitable temperature for testicular development is about 35°C. Due to the unique structure of the scrotal wall, the scrotum can adjust the condition of the scrotal wall with the change of external temperature, so that the testicles in the scrotum are always in an environment of about 35°C. The reason for the incomplete testicles is that the working temperature is higher than 35°C, and the disease mainly caused by the degeneration of the seminiferous tubules occurs.

The transposed seminiferous tubules cannot produce complete sperms. If bilateral cryptic testis occurs, it will easily lead to infertility. If unilateral cryptic testis occurs, it will continue to affect the testis on the other side that descends into the scrotum and cause sympathetic space-occupying lesions. In other words, it can cause clinical manifestations of the other side's completely descended testis, resulting in a decrease in the spermatogenic ability of the completely descended testis. If the undescended testis is located near the inguinal canal or pubic tubercle, the area is superficial and immobile, and it is also easy to be triggered by external force.

Testicular descent refers to the inability of male testicles to descend into the scrotum according to the normal development stage. The incidence rate of newborns is about 4%. With the increase of age, some patients with incomplete testicles can still descend spontaneously. The incidence rate of cryptic testicles has dropped to 0.66% at the age of 1, but the chance of spontaneous descent of male testicles will be significantly alleviated after 1 year old. Patients with cryptic testicles generally have no uncomfortable symptoms, but parents can notice that the child cannot feel the testicles in one or both sides of the scrotum. If you encounter this situation, parents should take their children to see a doctor as soon as possible.

What is the cause of testicular descent? In fact, the factors that lead to testicular descent are largely unknown. At present, everyone suspects that it is related to the female hormones taken by pregnant women during pregnancy. In 1979, Henderson found that the number of babies born with undescent testicles increased after women took female hormones. In recent years, the number of patients with occult testicles, hypospadias and testicular cancer has also increased.

Many research reports emphasize that natural female hormones may be related to abnormal growth and development of male reproductive organs. Increased natural female hormones are related to air pollution. Abnormal testicular development caused by sex chromosome factors is often accompanied by cryptorchidism.
