How to treat wet testicles

How to treat wet testicles

It is very bad to have wet testicles, because wet testicles can easily lead to bacterial growth, and can also cause diseases such as orchitis or dermatitis. Male friends need to pay attention to their personal hygiene. For the problem of wet testicles, first of all, you should pay attention to the hygiene of the private parts, wear breathable pants, and eliminate tension. This is very helpful for preventing scrotitis or tinea dermatitis.

What causes men's testicles to become wet?

Men's testicular dampness is closely related to daily cleanliness. To eliminate tension, do not equate it with sexually transmitted diseases, so as not to increase worries and fears.

1. Simple lichen scrotum

It is a neurodermatitis of the scrotal area. Its characteristics are that the skin is itchy, thickened and coarsened, but does not permeate fluid. The course of the disease is often long and recurrent and difficult to heal.

The treatment method is similar to that of scrotal eczema, which is to take anti-allergic drugs such as promethazine and diphenhydramine orally, and apply Fuqingsong and Sanjiu Piyanping ointments to the affected areas at the same time, 1-2 times a day.

2. Scrotal ringworm

It is a skin disease caused by fungal infection, which is often associated with tinea pedis in other parts of the patient. The skin of the scrotum is flushed, with papules or blisters, followed by scaling, and the affected area often presents ring-shaped damage and is severely itchy.

The method of prevention and treatment is to apply anti-tick ointment such as Dakning Cream, Pikangwang and Kemeizuo Ointment, New Foot Ointment, etc. to the affected area (strongly irritating tick ointment should not be used), and at the same time treat tick in other parts of the body such as tick on the hands, tick on the feet, tick on the thighs, etc., to prevent reinfection after recovery.

3. Riboflavin deficiency scrotitis

It is more common in men who eat refined white rice and flour all year round or have long-term diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite or picky eating. The main symptoms are: the scrotum is slightly red and shiny at first, and then light red patches with scales on both sides of the scrotum appear. Soon, multiple flat papules the size of soybeans may appear, with varying degrees of itching, often accompanied by angular cheilitis and glossitis. Taking riboflavin tablets can significantly improve the symptoms.

4. Scrotal dermatitis

The cause may be related to the lack of B vitamins in the diet. Its symptoms include skin flushing, exudation, peeling, and even blistering, which is painful and itchy.

Eat more fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains to supplement nutrients such as vitamin B2 and B6. After the onset of the disease, the skin of the affected area should be kept clean and some zinc oxide paste can be applied.

5. Scrotal eczema

It is mainly caused by the stimulation of sweat and dirt. Its manifestations are redness, swelling, blisters, exudation, scabs, and even thickening and roughness of the skin, which is extremely itchy.

The treatment method is to take antihistamines such as promethazine orally, clean the affected area and apply skin-lightening ointment, triamcinolone urea ointment, etc. 1-2 times a day.

What should men do if their testicles are wet?

A humid living and working environment, external stimuli, cold, heat, excessive sweating, excessive scratching, tight underwear, friction with foreign objects, wearing synthetic underwear, etc. can all induce testicular moisture in men. If you can do the following, you may be able to reduce the discomfort caused by scrotal moisture:

1. The habit of taking a bath or cleaning the scrotum every day.

2. Do not wear tight pants, especially synthetic underwear.

3. Eat a reasonable diet and avoid obesity. Otherwise, excessive nutrition and excess calories will increase the amount of scrotal sweating.

4. Avoid drinking alcohol and eating less spicy food to prevent the blood vessels in the scrotal skin from dilating and increasing sweating.
