For single men, sex is a very troubling thing. Although the process is pleasurable, it is very troublesome to deal with clothes. Men are prone to having spring dreams after falling asleep at night. This is caused by sexual nerve stimulation. We need to face this situation correctly. Spring dreams are the most fundamental cause of spermatorrhea. So, what should men do if they have sex at night?

Exercise therapy

1. Half-squat standing. Stand with your chest and waist bent, knees bent, half-squat, head straight, eyes looking forward, arms raised horizontally in front of you (think of holding a heavy object with both hands, stretching forward as far as possible), keep your knees inward as far as possible while keeping the posture unchanged, so that your legs, lower abdomen and buttocks are highly tense, continue for half a minute and then return to the original position. Do it once in the morning and evening every day, as many times as you like.

2. Lie on your back and tighten your abdomen. Lie on your back with your arms straight behind your head, then quickly raise your upper body and legs at the same time, so that your hands and toes touch each other above your abdomen. Inhale when you raise your hands, and exhale when you return to the original position. You can do this once in the morning and once in the evening. You can do it 24 to 32 times each time. As your abdominal muscles become stronger, you can gradually increase the number of repetitions.

3. Anal levator exercise. Every night before going to bed, sit on the bed and contract the anus, as if you are holding back a bowel movement. Repeat 20 to 30 times. Take a deep breath when contracting and exhale when relaxing. The movement should be gentle, slow and rhythmic.

4. Massage therapy. Place your palms together, rub them until they are warm, and then rub them up and down from the waist to the sacrum and coccyx 100 times; use your fingers to press the Shenmen point on the forearm and the Taixi and Zusanli points on the foot for 1 minute each.

5. Cold water bath. Take a cold water bath once a day, or rinse the scrotum with cold water for 2 to 3 minutes before going to bed every night, which can reduce the excitement of the sexual nerves.

Six: Sit on the bed , stretch your legs forward, toes pointing up, straighten your body from the waist up, and place your palms on your knees. This is the preparatory posture. Then divide it into three movements: First, make fists with both hands, retract them and press them tightly against your left and right ribs, with your elbows extended as far back as possible. Next, separate your fists, palms facing the sky, and lift them up from your ears, similar to lifting a weight, with your arms straight and your eyes looking up at the backs of your hands. Finally, bend your head and waist, stretch your arms forward so that your fingers touch the tips of your toes. Note that your legs must be straight and not bent. Then return to the preparatory posture, sit upright, and place your hands on your knees. Do this once every morning before getting up and every night before going to bed, at least thirty times each time, and gradually increase to seventy times. The movements should be slow, five times per minute. Continue to do this for two to three months.
