The pathological changes have diagnostic value, characterized by epidermal cell hyperplasia, flattened epidermal protuberances, and a large number of plasma cell infiltration in the dermis, dilated capillaries, and hemosiderin deposition.

How do patients with glansitis clean their lower body?
