If there is stinging pain at the urethral opening at the end of urination and urinary urgency, the lesions are mostly in the urethra and are common in acute cystitis.

(3) Lesions are often found in the urethra or adjacent organs

If there is a stinging pain in the urethra at the end of urination, pain after urination, or a feeling of "empty pain", or pain even without urination, the disease is mostly in the urethra or adjacent organs, such as trigone inflammation, prostatitis, etc.

(4) Sudden interruption of urination accompanied by stinging pain at the urethral opening or urinary retention

Seen in bladder, urethral stones or urinary tract foreign bodies.

(5) Difficult urination accompanied by stinging pain at the urethral opening

Men not only experience stinging pain when urinating, but also have difficulty urinating. This often occurs in older men and is mostly due to prostate hyperplasia, but it may also be due to urethral stones.

(6) Stinging or burning pain in the urethra during urination

It is more common in acute inflammatory stimulation, such as acute urethritis, cystitis, prostatitis, and pyelonephritis. At the same time, non-gonococcal patients have urethral itching, burning sensation and urination pain, and a few have frequent urination and slight redness of the urethral opening.

In the morning, there is a small amount of mucous secretion or only a crusty opening at the urethral opening, or the panty crotch is dirty and the urine stream is bifurcated when urinating. Some patients need to squeeze hard with their hands to make the secretion overflow from the urethral opening. The symptoms are similar to those of gonococcal urethritis, but the degree is milder. Some patients have no symptoms. Patients are infected with gonorrhea at the same time.
