Red pimples inside foreskin

Red pimples inside foreskin

If a man has a long foreskin, he may develop various diseases. Some men with long foreskin may find small red bumps inside their foreskin. If they don't pay enough attention, it will continue to develop and it will itch, which means they need to go to the urology department for treatment in time. Generally, it is an inflammation caused by the long foreskin. If it is not treated in time, it may be transmitted to the sexual partner. So, what are the reasons for the red bumps inside the foreskin?

1. Are small bumps on the foreskin condyloma acuminatum?

Genital warts in men occur in dry areas with low humidity. They are usually small and flat. Warts in hot and humid areas often appear filamentous or papilloma-like and easily merge into large masses. Warts can grow larger in patients with severe liver disease. Pregnancy can cause warts to recur or grow faster. Clinical infection refers to lesions that cannot be identified clinically by the naked eye.

Male condyloma acuminatum generally occurs in the frenulum of the prepuce, coronal sulcus, foreskin, urethra, penis, around the anus and scrotum. Condyloma acuminatum of the prepuce is initially a light red or dirty red millet-shaped growth that is soft in nature and slightly pointed at the top. It gradually grows or increases in number as the disease progresses.

It can develop into a papillary or cystic shape, with a slightly wider base or bands, and granules on the surface. It often enlarges in the anus, shaped like cauliflower, and is moist or bleeding on the surface. Pus often accumulates between the granules, emitting a foul odor, and can cause secondary infection after scratching. Once this happens, you should go to the hospital as soon as possible, and never believe in folk remedies to avoid delaying the disease.

2. What are the causes of small pimples on the foreskin?

1. Balanitis

Symptoms of balanitis include redness and swelling of the foreskin, burning pain, which worsens during urination, and purulent secretions may flow out of the foreskin opening. If the foreskin is turned over, the inner plate of the foreskin and the glans penis can be seen to be congested and swollen. In severe cases, there may be shallow ulcers or erosions, with pus. Clinical manifestations may also include local edematous erythema, erosion, exudation and bleeding, and in severe cases, blisters may appear.

2. Genital ulcer

The symptoms of male genital herpes mainly appear on the glans penis, coronary sulcus, urethral opening, penis, scrotum, thighs and arms. Most male patients have enlarged inguinal lymph nodes on both sides. When the inflammation spreads to the urethra and bladder in the later stage, urination difficulties, urination pain, frequent urination and urine retention may occur in severe cases.
