Pain in the inner thigh of men

Pain in the inner thigh of men

The inner thigh of a man is a very private area, because it is close to the male reproductive organs. If the inner thigh is painful, it is either due to trauma or the urinary system. The first possibility is swelling and pain in the scrotum, or erectile dysfunction or infertility, of course, this is only a more serious condition. It is also possible that it is just an infection caused by external cleaning, but if there is a symptom at the root of the thigh, it should be carefully examined.

Thigh pain may be caused by enlarged inguinal lymph nodes. It may also be caused by diseases such as varicose veins. Varicose veins are more common in groin pain!

What symptoms may indicate varicose veins? In addition to pain in the thigh root, the patient may feel a sense of throbbing pain or throbbing pain in the scrotum or testicles on both sides, and the scrotum is swollen. When standing up, the scrotum and testicles on the affected side are smaller than those on the healthy side. The enlarged and twisted veins can be seen on the surface of the scrotum. There are soft worm-like lumps when touched, and lying flat can relieve or eliminate the symptoms. Patients may have symptoms of neurasthenia, such as headaches, fatigue, nervousness, etc. Some patients have erectile dysfunction.

Symptoms of early stage of varicose veins: In the early stage of varicose veins, there may be no symptoms at all, but the symptoms may include swelling of the scrotum, a feeling of heaviness and pain, which worsens when standing, walking, or working, and is relieved after lying down. The degree of pain is not necessarily proportional to the degree of varicose veins, and sometimes it may be accompanied by the main manifestation of neurasthenia. The actual symptoms are as follows:

1) Swelling, heaviness, and soreness in the scrotum or testicles. Swollen blood vessels like worms can be felt or seen in the scrotum. There is a heaviness or soreness in the scrotum or testicles of the affected limb, and the scrotum is enlarged. When standing up, the scrotum and testicles of the affected side are smaller than those of the healthy side. Dilated and tortuous veins can be seen on the surface of the scrotum. The symptoms are more obvious when standing for a long time or exerting force on the abdomen. Lying down can relieve or eliminate the symptoms. Sitting down for a long time will cause the temperature of the seminal tract to rise and cause soreness.

2) Infertility. Many men go to the hospital for infertility and find out that they have varicose veins. According to statistics, about two-thirds of men with varicose veins will have semen abnormalities, which will cause infertility. Therefore, if you have infertility, go to the hospital immediately to check whether it is varicose veins.

3) Neurasthenia symptoms. Patients with varicose veins may have neurasthenia symptoms, such as headache, fatigue, nervousness, etc.

4) Erectile dysfunction. Some patients with varicose veins will experience decreased libido, decreased sexual sensation, sexual pain, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, etc. Erectile dysfunction treatment is strongly recommended: "Laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment" is a new chapter in the treatment of varicose veins. Authoritative experts have conducted in-depth scientific research on varicose veins and performed minimally invasive high varicocele ligation on nearly a thousand patients, which has enabled many men to restore their fertility and become fathers.
