2. Testicular cancer. The incidence of occult testicular cancer is 30-50 times higher than that of normal testicular cancer. The main reasons are high local temperature, endocrine disorders and incomplete testicular development. Some people even found that patients who have undergone testicular fixation surgery after puberty are still prone to cancer. Therefore, it is recommended to perform surgery as early as possible.

3. The testicles are located in the groin, relatively superficial and easily injured. Sometimes when the human body is hit or shaken unexpectedly, the testicles may twist, causing severe pain and even testicular necrosis.

4. Affects the spermatogenic function of the testicles. After the testicles leave the scrotum, they are in a relatively high temperature environment.
