Small pimples on the testicles

Small pimples on the testicles

The testicles are a rather implicit term for men. They are very important reproductive organs for men. Semen is produced in this place. If there is something wrong with the testicles, it will definitely be very worrying. It is very common to have small bumps on the testicles. There are many possible reasons. It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis based on the nature of the testicles in order to draw a preliminary conclusion. So, what is the reason for the small bumps on the testicles?

There are many types of testicular pimples, and each type corresponds to different symptoms. Generally speaking, testicular pimples can be divided into two types: internal and external. If they grow inside the scrotum, they can be divided into soft and hard pimples. If they grow outside the scrotum, the situation is more complicated and requires specific analysis.

There are two types of bumps on the testicles: benign and malignant. Since they are invisible to the naked eye, it is impossible to draw a conclusion before examination. If the bumps feel hard, then you should consider chronic epididymitis, sequelae of epididymitis, epididymal tuberculosis, epididymal tumor, and spermatic cord tumor. Generally speaking, in these cases, the testicular bumps will be slightly painful when touched. If the testicles feel soft, you should consider spermatocele, hydrocele, and varicocele.

Spermatocele and the small bumps under the hydrocele are rarely painful, while varicocele is easy to identify. In most cases, it is accompanied by pain and there is a worm-like venous mass protruding on the surface of the scrotum.

Regardless of whether the male testicular pimples are painful or not, and whether they are soft or hard, they should go to a regular hospital for an examination in time to clarify the cause and treat the symptoms, because the small pimples at this time are a symptom of epididymal disease, and the harm of epididymal disease is serious, directly threatening the spermatogenesis function of the testicles. Any delay will affect the reproductive function.
