In daily life, men generally do not pay attention to the care and maintenance of "penile curvature", a common symptom among men. Because the urethral cavernous body is correspondingly engorged and expanded, the penis is generally slightly bent downward when it is erect, and it is only hard and straight after it is fully erect. However, under normal conditions, the penis is not fully erect. It will only be fully erect in the few seconds before reaching orgasm.
