Does fast ejaculation affect pregnancy?

Conception is actually a process of sperm in the male body combining with the female egg. Except for artificial egg retrieval, normal couples conceive through sexual intercourse. However, some men cannot last long during sexual intercourse due to physical and psychological reasons, and ejaculate quickly. Will this symptom affect pregnancy?

Does fast ejaculation affect conception?

As long as sperm can enter the vagina normally, pregnancy can occur, regardless of the speed of ejaculation. If pregnancy has not occurred for six months, it is recommended to have a physical examination. If both parties have no reproductive problems, sexual intercourse during the ovulation period can be considered to increase the chance of conception.

Suggestions: Generally, if you have not gotten pregnant for a long time, you need to take an infertility test. As long as the semen is normal, rapid ejaculation will not affect conception. It is recommended that you should do a semen test in time to clarify.

The conception process is that after sexual intercourse between men and women, semen accumulates in the vagina. There are a large number of sperm in the semen. The survival time of sperm is about 72 hours. The active sperm passes through the uterus to the abdomen of the fallopian tube pot to meet and fertilize the egg. The fertilized egg is then transported to the uterine cavity through the fallopian tube and "travels" in the uterine cavity for 2 to 3 days, looking for a suitable landing point, and then implants, grows and develops in the uterine cavity until full-term delivery. The following are the indispensable processes in the conception process.

1. The male's testicles can produce normal sperm. The amount of semen ejaculated by a normal adult male is 2-6 ml, and the number of sperm in each ml of semen should be more than 60 million, with more than 60% of sperm having motility and less than 30% of abnormal sperm. If the sperm does not meet the above standards, it is not easy for the woman to get pregnant.

2. Women's ovaries can release healthy and mature eggs. Women with normal menstruation will release a healthy and mature egg in each menstrual cycle, so they have a chance to get pregnant. For women who do not ovulate due to ovarian dysfunction or irregular menstruation, it is not easy to get pregnant.

3. Have normal sex life before and after the ovulation period, so that sperm and egg have a chance to meet and fertilize. Sperm can survive in the female vagina for 1-3 days, and the egg can survive for about 1 day after being released. The female ovulation time is about 14 days before the next menstrual period. Only sexual intercourse within a few days before and after ovulation can have the possibility of pregnancy. Sexual intercourse during the non-ovulation period will not result in pregnancy.

4. The reproductive tract must be unobstructed. The male's sperm duct must be unobstructed so that sperm can be discharged through normal sexual life and enter the female reproductive tract to combine with the egg. The female reproductive tract must also be unobstructed, so that the sperm entering the vagina during sexual intercourse can pass through the cervix and uterus without obstruction and reach the fallopian tube to meet the egg for fertilization. The fertilized egg can also enter the uterine cavity smoothly. If the fallopian tube is blocked, the sperm and egg will lose the opportunity to combine, so once the fallopian tube is blocked, the chance of natural conception is completely lost.

5. The intrauterine environment must be suitable for the implantation and development of the fertilized egg. After the egg is fertilized in the abdomen of the fallopian tube, it moves toward the uterus through the fallopian tube while developing, reaching the uterine cavity after 3-4 days, and burying in the nutrient-rich endometrium after 6-8 days, and then continues to develop into a fetus. It is impossible to get pregnant.

6. Under normal physiological conditions, if a couple lives together and does not take contraceptive measures, the chance of pregnancy is 20% per month, 70% in six months, and 80% in one year. If they do not take contraceptive measures for more than one year and are infertile, they should undergo a medical examination. However, there is no need to be too nervous. Even if a couple has no fertility problems, they cannot get pregnant any month they want.
