2. Lotus seeds and lily stew with lean meat

Ingredients: 20g lotus seeds (core removed), 20g lily bulbs, 100g lean pork, and appropriate amount of water.

Preparation method: Add appropriate amount of water to lotus seeds, lilies and lean pork and cook together. After the meat is cooked, add salt to taste and eat once a day.

Ingredients: 1 soaked sea cucumber, 6 dried oregano, 4 bamboo mats, 100g lean meat, 10g ginger, 15 wolfberries (optional).

Preparation: Rinse the dried agarwood thoroughly, cut off the top of the bamboo mat, and if you are more particular, remove the mesh cover. Soak in light salt water for 15 minutes; cut the sea cucumber and lean meat into pieces, blanch them in cold water, and skim off the foam; put all the ingredients into a health pot; heat the water to 1500ml; add ginger and appropriate amount of rice wine; bring to a boil over high heat, then automatically turn to low heat for about 1 hour.
