1. Scrotal dermatitis

2. Scrotal eczema

It is mainly caused by the stimulation of sweat and dirt. Its manifestations are redness, swelling, blisters, exudation, scabs, and even thickening and roughness of the skin, which is extremely itchy.

3. Scrotal ringworm

It is a skin disease caused by fungal infection, which is often associated with tinea pedis in other parts of the patient. The skin of the scrotum is flushed, with papules or blisters, followed by scaling, and the affected area often presents ring-shaped damage and is severely itchy.

4. Riboflavin deficiency scrotitis

The main manifestations are: the scrotum is slightly red and shiny at the beginning, and then light red patches appear on both sides of the scrotum, with scales sticking to them. 5. Simple lichen scrotum
