Pearly papules in men

In women, it is called pseudo-warts, which only occur on the inner side of the labia and the vestibule of the vagina, often in a tortoise-oval shape that is symmetrical from top to bottom. It generally does not expand again, but may expand slowly occasionally. The rashes do not merge with each other, and there is no purulent secretion or foul odor. Condyloma acuminatum in women can occur in the private parts of the vulva, vulva, vaginal mucosa, urethral orifice and cervix, anus and the intersection of the anus. The warts are different in size and often continue to expand into cauliflower-like growths, cockscomb-shaped or nipple-shaped growths. They can also merge with each other, and often have purulent secretions and a foul odor.

Although male genital pearly papules and pseudowarts are somewhat similar to condyloma acuminatum, they usually have no symptoms, so people often do not pay attention to them, and these papules appear when they just start to grow and develop. In addition, people have little knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases and do not know the difference between papules and condyloma acuminatum. The latter has a dangerous period, which usually occurs 3 weeks to 8 months after infection (such as having sex with a woman with a sexually transmitted disease), and the average is 2 to 3 months. It is impossible to have an outbreak immediately after sex.
