There is pus flowing out of the urethra, and it turns out that I have this disease

Male friends who have pus discharge from the urethra are most likely suffering from prostate disease. Experts say that this disease is a common disease. In addition to pus discharge, there are also adverse reactions such as urinary discomfort, urethral burning, and sexual dysfunction.

Chronic prostatitis is a very high incidence (4%~25%) and very confusing disease. Nearly 50% of men will be affected by prostatitis symptoms at some point in their lives. Due to its diverse causes, pathological changes, and clinical symptoms, it has a certain impact on male sexual function and reproductive function, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients and causing great suffering to them. What are the symptoms of chronic prostatitis? The specific introduction is as follows:

(1) Urinary discomfort may cause frequent urination and burning pain in the urethra, which may radiate to the head. In the early morning, there is mucus, sticky strings, and pus secreted from the urethra, and the urine is turbid or white after urination. In severe cases, there may be hematuria at the end of urination and difficulty urinating or urine retention.

(2) Local symptoms: discomfort, pressure or fullness in the posterior urethra, perineum and groin, and self-treatment of prostate hypertrophy. This is especially true when squatting or defecating.

(3) Radiating pain: The prostate and seminal vesicles are richly innervated by sympathetic nerves. When inflammation occurs, the tension inside the gland increases, which can stimulate the sympathetic nerves and cause metastatic low back pain. The pain can radiate to the groin, perineum, lower abdomen, thighs, buttocks, rectum, etc.

(4) Sexual dysfunction may manifest itself in the early stages as hypersexuality, and in the later stages as decreased or absent libido, pain, hematospermia, premature ejaculation, impotence, spermatorrhea, and infertility.

(5) Other chronic prostatitis can be complicated by neurological symptoms, manifested as fatigue, dizziness, vertigo, insomnia and depression. Others may experience various sensations, such as feeling that the head is down and the feet are up, cold air coming out of the lower abdomen, heat in the head and face, etc. Some patients may feel indescribable discomfort. These abnormal sensations are also the main factors causing misdiagnosis.
