What causes dark circles under men's eyes?

Dark circles often make people look unwell or overworked. In fact, dark circles are not only common among girls, but also among some men due to kidney deficiency, long-term work pressure, or lack of rest.

1. Blue dark circles

Usually occurs in young people around 20 years old. Due to the pressure of study and work, the blood circulation is not smooth, resulting in blue skin around the eyes. This is the most common type of dark circles.

2. Brown dark circles

It mostly occurs in middle-aged and elderly people due to incomplete melanin production and metabolism. Long-term sun exposure causes pigmentation around the eyes, which will form persistent dark circles over time.

Puffy eyes and sagging eye bags create shadows on the face, which is a type of sagging dark circles.
