Symptoms of prostatic varicose veins

Prostatic varicose veins is a type of varicocele, which is also common in clinical practice. However, many people do not know how to diagnose prostatic varicose veins. This condition can be seen through the symptoms of prostatic varicose veins. At the same time, attention should be paid to treatment as soon as possible.

1. Varicose veins cause increased testicular temperature: The normal testicular temperature is 32.2℃ on the left side and 31.8℃ on the right side. However, patients with varicocele have venous reflux affected, causing the testicular temperature to be 0.6-0.8℃ higher than normal, thus affecting sperm production.

2. Increased intravarical pressure: Patients with varicocele experience blood stagnation around the testicles, increased intravenous pressure, and impede testicular metabolism and sperm production.

3. Carbon dioxide accumulation in testicular tissue: Patients with varicocele have obstructed testicular blood return, which affects blood circulation in the testicles, leading to carbon dioxide accumulation in the blood, hypoxia and increased carbonic acid in the blood, and lactic acid accumulation.

4. Influence of toxic substances: When the spermatic vein is varicose, the blood in the left kidney flows back into the left spermatic cord. Therefore, the metabolic products of the adrenal glands, such as cortisol, catecholamines, and 5-hydroxytryptamine, may flow back into the spermatic vein and have a toxic effect on the spermatogenic epithelium of the testicle, thereby affecting spermatogenesis.

5. Inhibit testicular endocrine function: Varicose veins can damage the testicular stroma and affect testosterone secretion.
