Can men's scrotal eczema heal itself?

Male friends should not ignore the problem of scrotal eczema, because this phenomenon will not heal itself. It is necessary to understand the cause and then properly regulate it. In daily life, pay attention to the cleanliness of the private parts, avoid external stimulation, and wear loose clothes.

It cannot heal itself. Scrotal eczema is not something to be ashamed of. Scrotal eczema is the most common skin disease on the scrotum. It is an allergic reaction and a common skin disease of the genitals in men. It is not a sexually transmitted disease. The causes of scrotal eczema are complex, with both internal and external factors. People with allergic constitutions, long-term mental tension, and large mood swings are prone to this disease. In addition, people with some diseases, such as chronic digestive system diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, endocrine disorders, and metabolic disorders are also prone to this disease under the influence of external factors. Therefore, it will not heal itself.

External factors include:

1. The living and working environment is humid, and the air humidity is relatively high;

2. External stimulation, cold or hot, excessive sweating, excessive scratching, etc.;

3. Tight underwear, friction with foreign objects, and wearing synthetic underwear can induce scrotal eczema. The main clinical symptoms are: itching. As the disease progresses, the itching gradually worsens. Scratching cannot relieve the itching. In severe cases, it affects sleep and work.

Symptoms of the rash include:

(1) Small papules, rashes and small blisters: Densely distributed millet-sized papules or small blisters with a flushed base can be found in the scrotum.

(2) Exudate and erosion: Itching causes scratching, which causes papules, papules, eczema, blisters and other skin lesions to be scratched, causing fluid to ooze out continuously, often soaking the underwear and forming erosion. The course of the disease is long, and repeated attacks make the skin thick, rough and pigmented. It is recommended that you pay attention to the hygiene of the external genitalia, avoid spicy food, quit smoking and drinking, avoid scratching the skin, avoid washing with hot water or soapy water, pay attention to rest, relax, etc. You should go to the hospital for examination and treatment as soon as possible.
