1: Neck exercise: Tilt your head forward ten times, backward ten times, to the left ten times, and to the right ten times. Then slowly shake your head, turn left ten times, and turn right ten times.

2: Shake your upper limbs: shake your left arm twenty times, then shake your right arm twenty times.

3: Practice fingers by grabbing air; stretch your arms out and flex and extend the five fingers of both hands. Do this 50 times.

4: Local massage: You can find the pressure points, nodules or muscle tightness near the neck, Dazhui point and Fengchi point, and knead, press and pinch these reaction points.

5: Remote acupressure: Find the tender points on the back of the hand, the back of the foot, the front and outside of the buttocks, and the outside of the calf. Apply acupressure massage at these reaction points.

6: Rub your palms and waist: Rub your palms together to warm them up, then rub your waist with both hands, rubbing up and down, do this 50 times.

7: Pinch the ankle tendons: Use your hands alternately to pinch the large tendons behind the ankle.

2: You can perform the procedure once a day.

The method is to start from light and gradually increase the severity, and the degree is tolerable. If the operation is performed according to the method, it will generally take effect in 1-2 months. There are many factors that cause cramps. If this happens frequently, in addition to taking calcium supplements, you must do more physical exercises when you are free, pay attention to twisting your neck more, and don't always keep a fixed posture. This will effectively prevent it.
