Six tips to treat allergic rhinitis

Suffering from allergic rhinitis must be a very uncomfortable thing, because the nose is one of the organs through which we breathe. In fact, in daily life, there are some small ways to treat allergic rhinitis very well.

1: Clean the nasal cavity with salt water

1: Use 100 ml of clean water, add 2 tablespoons of salt and mix well. Then use cotton wool to dip a proper amount of salt water and place it in the nostrils. Lift your head slightly and press the sides of your nose with your index finger and thumb at the same time. Suck the salt water slowly through your nose and let it flow from the nasal cavity into the throat. Do this once in the morning and evening, and the symptoms of allergic rhinitis will be significantly improved.

2. Garlic paste on nose

1: Wash the garlic, drain the water, and mash it into a paste. Wrap the garlic paste with dry gauze and squeeze out the garlic juice. Drop the garlic juice into the nostrils, about 2 drops at a time. Then, press the nose wings on both sides with your hands so that the nostrils can be evenly covered with garlic juice. People who are sensitive to garlic should not use this method to treat rhinitis.

3. Massage the nose

1: Use your thumb to massage back and forth on both sides of the nose to help nasal ventilation. Do this 200 times each before getting up and before going to bed.

1: Before massage, clean your nostrils with cold water. Then inhale slowly to allow the cold water to fully clean the nasal mucosa, and then exhale the cold water inhaled in your nose. Repeat for 1 to 3 minutes, and then the cleaning is complete. Use the middle fingers of both hands to massage the nose wings on both sides, about 20 times. As long as this method is adhered to for a long time, it can effectively treat allergic rhinitis.

6. Steam therapy

1: Pour boiling water into a cup and take a deep breath through your nose. This is steam therapy. Do it every day when you have time. It will be very effective.
