Quick distinction, what is the difference between cuttlefish and squid?

In life, we can still eat a lot of seafood, such as cuttlefish and squid, which are popular among young people. They are gifts from the deep sea. In terms of nutrition, these two kinds of seafood have very high nutritional value. So, what are the differences between them?

Squid:

Squid, also known as jugong, squid or lance cuttlefish, is a member of the phylum Teuthoidea, order Cypriniformes, suborder Osmoothia. It has a long, tapered body with ten tentacles, two of which are longer. There is a suction cup at the front end of the tentacles, which contains keratinous teeth. When it preys on food, it uses the tentacles to wrap around and swallow it. It likes to gather in groups, especially in the spring and summer mating and spawning season. Squids were first recorded in the Song Dynasty in China. It is a general term for various species of marine cephalopod molluscs with 10 arms, the order Teuthoidea. The squid produced in China is different from those produced in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Japan and other countries. In taxonomy, it is called lance cuttlefish. Its head and trunk are very narrow and long, especially the end of the trunk is very pointed, and its shape is very similar to the head of a javelin. It moves very quickly in the sea, so it is called a javelin. It swims quickly and can also float in the ocean. It is about 1.5 cm to 20 meters (0.75 inches to 65 feet, including tentacles) long. The body is oval, with a short neck and the head connected to the trunk. There are two arms extending into slender tentacles, with 4 rows of suckers at the tip and keratin rings inside. The body surface is a tough and soft mantle, with a bony inner shell embedded inside. The eyes are almost as complex as human eyes and are located on both sides of the head. Most of them lay their eggs on floating water plants, but some lay them on the seafloor; some of the hatched larvae are similar to adults, while others go through a planktonic larval stage. There are many gun slugs in the ocean, and they are food for many animals, including sperm whales, bony fish, and humans. Some gun slugs have many light emitters, which may be used to call out to the same species or attract prey.

Squid:

Cuttlefish, whose real name is cuttlefish, also known as cuttlefish, cuttlefish or cuttlefish, is an animal of the order Cuttlefish of the class Cephalopoda of the phylum Mollusca. When encountering a strong enemy, the cuttlefish will use "ink spraying" as a way of escape and wait for an opportunity to leave, hence the names "cuttlefish" and "cuttlefish". There are small pigment sacs in its skin, which change color and size as its "emotions" change. The cuttlefish can jump out of the sea and has an amazing ability to fly in the air. The body of the cuttlefish can be divided into three parts: the head, the feet and the trunk. The trunk is equivalent to the internal organ mass, covered with a muscular mantle and a calcareous inner shell. The head is located at the front end of the body and is spherical, with the mouth at the top, surrounded by oral membranes and 5 pairs of tentacles on the outside. There is a pair of well-developed eyes on both sides of the head, with a complex structure. There is an oval pit below the eyes, called the olfactory pit, which is the olfactory organ, equivalent to the olfactory organ of gastropods, and is a chemical receptor.
