On weekdays, people with low blood sugar need to make corresponding adjustments in their diet. Patients with hypoglycemia can eat the following three recipes to effectively lower their blood sugar.

1. Shrimp skin and bean curd sticks.

It can be eaten frequently. This product is a high-protein diet that prevents hypoglycemia and hyperlipidemia.

Ingredients: 250 grams of bean curd sheets, 20 grams of shrimp skin, a clove of garlic, and appropriate amounts of sesame oil, ginger, salt, and MSG.

Preparation: Soak shrimp skin in wine and water and boil. Soak bean curd in cold water and tear into long strips. Heat oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, add bean curd and shrimp skin (with sauce), boil and season, simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, and drizzle with sesame oil.

2. West Lake beef soup.

Take it 1 to 2 times a week. It can nourish the spleen and stomach, strengthen the tendons and bones, and treat hypoglycemia.

Ingredients: 200 grams of beef leg, 2 eggs, appropriate amounts of rice wine, green onion, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, salt and MSG.

Preparation: Chop the beef into fine pieces, add a little wine, soy sauce, pepper and cornstarch and mix well. Add an appropriate amount of water and minced ginger, mix well, then add the minced beef, then pour in the beaten egg liquid, season with thin starch, sprinkle with chopped green onions and drizzle with sesame oil.

3. Fried five-spice sparrows.

Take once a week, mainly for treating dizziness, backache and weakness caused by hypoglycemia.

Ingredients: 10 sparrows, a little five-spice powder, and appropriate amounts of rice wine, ginger slices, soy sauce, and MSG.

Preparation: Remove the feathers and internal organs of the sparrow and clean it. Add wine, soy sauce, five-spice powder, and MSG. Marinate for half an hour and then roll it in cornstarch. Heat the vegetable oil to 60% hot, fry the ginger slices, and put in the sparrow.
