What is dust allergy and how to prevent it

The factors that trigger allergies for each person with allergies may be different. Dust allergies, like pollen allergies, are inhalation allergies. Allergic people will experience sneezing, itchy skin, coughing and wheezing as long as they inhale these substances. How should we prevent dust allergies in our daily lives?

1. Causes of dust allergy

Dust allergy is an allergic reaction to microorganisms living in dust and is the most common allergy. Dust allergies include cotton, fur and various fibers, animal fur, etc.

Skin allergies are caused by flying dust. It is a common disease of sensitive skin. Sensitive skin refers to skin that is easily irritated and causes a certain degree of discomfort. When the external environment changes, the skin cannot adapt, and discomfort and allergic phenomena appear. When skin allergy symptoms appear, you should immediately stop using any cosmetics, leave the inducing environment, and observe and care for the skin. Because facial skin allergies are serious, you cannot over-nourish it.

2. How to prevent

1. Wearing glasses: Wearing glasses can reduce the chance of your eyes being affected, so you might as well use glasses with lenses instead of contact lenses, or wear sunglasses when going out.

2. Change clothes: If you go out when the pollen index is high, remember to change into clean clothes when you come back. Close doors and windows: Close doors and windows during the day to prevent pollen from flying around.

3. Avoid allergy season: If possible, try to schedule your vacation during your hay fever season to avoid it. Consider vacationing by the sea, where sea breezes will keep the air virtually free of pollen, or in a country where there are no triggers that could trigger your allergies.
