Pubic lice pictures and how to treat them

Pubic lice is a sparganosis-infected skin disease that can be transmitted through close contact. Patients are accompanied by significant itching, and lice eggs or active fleas can be seen in the pubic hair. The treatment of this disease can choose external application medications. First, all the pubic hair on the vulva should be removed cleanly, and sulfur ointment, lindane cream or Baizhangqing can be applied to the skin from below the navel to above the knee joint. Generally, it is twice a day, and continuous use for 3-5 days can basically heal. If the itching is very strong and affects the normal daily life, you can also choose to take loratadine orally for allergic and itchy relief. At the same time, the underwear should be boiled and disinfected with boiling water to prevent re-infection.

This type of disease is mainly caused by some small sparganosis causing itching symptoms. In this case, we generally recommend that you shave off all the pubic hair and then apply some simple external sulfur ointment or lindane cream. It can be applied to the skin from below the navel to above the knee joint. This ointment should be used once a day for about ten days. At the same time, you must remember to boil all the underwear with boiling water to prevent repeated infection.

Pubic lice are a type of sparganum that is transmitted through sexual intercourse. To eradicate pubic lice, you can: 1. First, shave the male pubic hair. The male pubic hair is the area where pubic lice parasitize. Without pubic hair, pubic lice will lose the internal parasites they need. Removing pubic hair is an essential environment for completely eliminating pubic lice. 2. Medication treatment. Malathion lotion, sulfur ointment, methathion, 25% benzyl benzoate solvent, etc. can be used for treatment, which has a very good effect on eliminating pubic lice nymphs and larvae. Generally, if you take the medicine consistently for more than a week, when the itching symptoms subside and no pubic lice and larvae are found in routine physical examinations, you are completely cured.

To remove pubic lice, it is necessary to immediately apply insecticides, shave the pubic hair, and clean and disinfect the patient's underwear and bed sheets. It is recommended to boil the clothes and bed sheets in boiling water for disinfection. In addition, sexual partners should also take routine physical examinations and preventive measures. Patients who shave their pubic hair can use sulfur soap to bathe or apply lindane lotion externally. For the vulva where pubic lice parasitize, sulfur ointment, lindane cream and other insecticides should be used for causal treatment. When itching and infection are more serious, medication should be used in conjunction with treatment drugs, and follow-up examinations should be conducted once a week.
