2. It is often accompanied by low back pain, a swollen feeling in the perineum, nocturnal ejaculation, and blood in the semen.

4. Difficulty urinating, weak urine stream, short urine flow, and even urine retention.

The main hazards of not treating gonorrhea in time are:

1. Cause other complications. Such as urethral gland inflammation, periurethral tissue inflammation and abscess, preputial gland inflammation, vas deferensitis, seminal vesiculitis, hydrocele, orchitis, prostatitis, glans phimitis, gonococcal ulcer, epididymitis and urethral stenosis. Gonorrhea can also spread through the blood, causing arthritis and hepatitis, which can be life-threatening in severe cases.

2. Inducing infertility. Gonorrhea can infect the male prostate, seminal vesicles, and epididymis, causing sperm abnormalities and leading to infertility.

3. Cause urination disorder or urinary retention. Mild urinary pain, only burning or mild stinging in the urethra during urination, often with terminal hematuria. Urine is generally transparent, but gonorrhea filaments can be seen floating in it. The urethral opening is red and swollen, with burning pain and sticky pus.

4. Cause sexual dysfunction. If gonorrhea is not treated in time, it is easy to cause loss of libido, erectile dysfunction, impotence, premature ejaculation and neurasthenia.
