What causes pain in the lower abdomen of men?

Common side effects of lower abdominal pain in men are headache, facial flushing, and indigestion, but they are generally not severe and disappear quickly. Less common side effects include temporary visual color changes (such as inability to distinguish between blue and green objects or seeing blue halo when looking at these objects), increased sensitivity to light in both eyes, and blurred vision. So what is the cause of lower abdominal pain in men?

1. Men's lower abdominal pain may be caused by prostatitis. The male prostate and the flexural lymph nodes have communication branches in the pelvis. When male prostatitis reacts, it spreads to the flexural lymph nodes, causing enlargement of the flexural lymph nodes and accompanied by dull pain. In more severe cases, it may be accompanied by referred pain in the groin, and in severe cases, there may be renal angina. During the inflammatory reaction period, the prostate becomes inflamed, edematous, or small cysts are produced, which may cause ejaculation pain, painful erection, low libido, sexual intercourse pain, impotence, and ejaculation bleeding.

2. Urethritis and ureteral stones: If a man has lower abdominal pain, he may also have pain beside the lumbar spine or sore waist, with intermittent severe pain and hematuria under the microscope, and tenderness in the urethra.

3. Acute appendicitis, also known as appendicitis, can occur in men of all ages, but it is more common between the ages of 20 and 40. Most patients experience pain that moves from the upper abdomen to the right lower abdomen, and the pain reaches its peak in about 4 to 6 hours, at which time the pain may even be aggravated by coughing or moving the body.

4. Acute cholecystitis This type of pain often occurs after meals, and the location of the pain is generally in the right upper abdomen or upper abdomen. Sometimes the pain will spread to the right shoulder or shoulder bone, and combined with fever, vomiting, jaundice and other conditions. 5. Acute enteritis is mostly caused by food poisoning caused by eating unclean food, which is usually accompanied by more serious vomiting, diarrhea, fever and other symptoms. Men's lower abdominal pain should not be ignored, and should be alert and see a doctor immediately. Generally, the doctor will do abdominal B-ultrasound, routine blood tests, blood routine tests, etc., and if necessary, a CT scan of the entire abdomen should be done.
