4. Mountain Pose (Peak Pose)

Straighten your legs, put your feet together, and bend your body forward, with your buttocks in the air and your head lowered between your arms. When the final movement is fixed, your legs and arms should be straight. While maintaining this posture, try to put your heels on the ground. Exhale while straightening your legs and bending your trunk.

Benefits: Strengthens the nerves and muscles in the arms and legs, strengthens the spinal nerves, and supplies them with fresh blood.
