How to treat right testicular pain

How to treat right testicular pain

The testicle is actually the part of the male body that produces sperm, which is also the male internal reproductive organ. Because the testicle can secrete male hormones, if there is any abnormality in the testicle, the patient should pay enough attention and take it seriously. So, if some patients have right testicular pain, how should they deal with it and how should they be treated?

Testicular pain can be divided into acute pain and chronic pain:

1. Acute testicular pain. Orchitis and testicular injury are common factors that cause acute testicular pain. In orchitis, the testicles are enlarged and painful, and the patient has a high body temperature, fear of cold, vomiting, headache and lower abdominal pain. Testicular injury is generally caused by trauma. Vigorous exercise or sexual intercourse and violence can sometimes cause strong contraction of the levator testis muscle, causing the testicle to twist and cause severe pain. The clinical symptoms of acute testicular pain are more obvious and easy to diagnose.

2. Chronic testicular pain Chronic testicular pain may be caused by inflammation. The pain is mild, radiating, and prolonged, making it difficult to determine the exact location of the inflammation. Director Zhang of Hangzhou Hongqiao Hospital pointed out that testicular pain is not necessarily proportional to the severity of inflammation, but is related to the individual's nerve sensitivity. Chronic testicular pain may also be caused by varicocele or pain radiating from other parts of the genitals. At this time, corresponding examinations should be carried out to carefully identify the real cause in order to treat the symptoms.

The symptoms of testicular pain caused by different reasons are also different. Patients with infection have more severe testicular pain. It may even feel like a knife cutting, and it will be accompanied by systemic symptoms such as severe chills. At this time, the scrotum is red and swollen, and the pain is more obvious when the testicles are touched. When suffering from tuberculosis infection, it is often accompanied by a history of tuberculosis in the urinary system or other parts of the body. It manifests as dull testicular pain, a feeling of bloating in the lower abdomen, and scrotal swelling. In severe cases, pus will flow out. When these lesions are touched by hand, there are uneven nodules, hard in texture, and often adhere to the scrotal skin. Testicular pain caused by prostatitis is often accompanied by a swollen and uncomfortable feeling in the perineum, as well as frequent urination, urgency, pain, and difficulty urinating.

Treatment: Testicular pain should be treated symptomatically based on the determination of its cause. If the cause cannot be found for the time being, symptomatic treatment of sedation and analgesia can be used. If necessary, spermatic cord procaine blockade can be used to block the vicious cycle between the pain source of neuralgia and the brain's pain center. Some people can induce testicular pain even with a little discomfort or no discomfort at all. At this time, it is completely psychological. Some people associate pain with masturbation and carry a heavy burden of guilt all day long. Little do they know that excessive anxiety and excessive focus on sexual performance can cause sexual dysfunction such as psychological impotence.

Therefore, the specific treatment method for right testicular pain still needs to be based on the patient's specific constitution and the patient's most important pathogenic factors to implement various treatment methods. This is because the types of diseases represented by such signs are also different. This also shows that it is very necessary to prescribe the right medicine to better treat the disease.
