What is the white stuff in the foreskin?

The foreskin is a layer of epidermal tissue on the male genitals. It protects the penis, so people pay more attention to it. However, if the foreskin is too long, it will easily cause a series of problems. For example, almost every man will encounter white stuff in the foreskin. What is this phenomenon? Let's take a look at what the white stuff in the foreskin is.

Just as the skin of other parts secretes sebum, the sebaceous glands of the foreskin also secrete sebum. Because the foreskin cannot be turned up when the foreskin is too long or the foreskin is too long, the sebum accumulates in the space between the inner surface of the foreskin and the glans penis.

At the same time, urine will also penetrate into this gap and react chemically with the sebum to form smegma, which produces a strange odor. The smegma accumulated for a long time will become hard lumps, which people mistakenly think is a "tumor".

Smegma is a chemical carcinogen. Many experiments have shown that it has a strong carcinogenic effect. For example, when horse smegma is inoculated into mice, it can cause malignant skin tumors. When human smegma is inoculated into mice, it can also induce cervical cancer in female mice. Modern medicine has confirmed that the specific hazards of smegma are as follows:

——Directly stimulate the head of the penis and induce penile cancer.

——Causes frequent inflammation of the foreskin and glans penis. Long-term inflammatory stimulation can cause degeneration and deterioration of local tissue cells of the penis.

- It creates a bad environment in the glans penis, which can induce many precancerous lesions of penile cancer, such as penile horn, penile papilloma, condyloma acuminatum, penile leukoplakia, proliferative penile erythema, etc. These lesions can easily transform into penile cancer.

Under the "prelude" of phimosis and prepuce, and behind the "main melody" of smegma, the "variation climax" of penile cancer will quietly appear. This is a terrible "climax" because penile cancer is a disease that can take away lives.

From the above introduction, the white stuff in the foreskin is a phenomenon of smegma. This phenomenon occurs because the foreskin has not been cleaned for a long time and sebum accumulation occurs. This phenomenon is harmful to men and may lead to some infections and other diseases. Therefore, men should pay attention.
