The fast-paced life has caused widespread stress for office workers. In our daily lives, many of the explorations of health care methods tend to focus on female friends, ignoring men. Section 1: Push your abdomen with both palms

Lie on your back, overlap your hands and massage along the midline of the upper abdomen to the lower abdomen, repeat 20 times. Then massage from the lower edge of the ribs on both sides to the base of the thighs, repeat 20 times. Then massage around the navel in a clockwise direction and gradually expand to the entire abdomen. After massaging for 2-3 minutes, massage the abdomen in the same way in a counterclockwise direction for 2-3 minutes.

Section 2: Fish-edge ring push

Lie on your back and use your right thenar to push from the pubic hair along the left side of the scrotum, diagonally to the perineum, and then push back from the right side of the scrotum. Push 20-30 times a day, and move the scrotum and penis from time to time. It is best to feel the penis aroused and erect.

Section 3: Penis Massage

Lie on your back, place your palms together, and rub the penis for 1-2 minutes, then use your thumbs and index fingers to repeatedly massage the penis from the base to the glans for 2 minutes. Use gentle force and concentrate until the penis is erect.

The massage methods recommended above have certain effects on relaxing muscles and tendons, strengthening yang and nourishing the kidneys. They are also beneficial to the long-term health of sexual function. Adhering to them every day can relieve fatigue and help improve the quality of life.
