When sperm testing reveals no sperm, we call it azoospermia. The causes of the disease are varied and can be summarized into two categories. One is a problem with the male testicle's own function, which is called primary azoospermia or non-obstructive azoospermia. The other is that the male testicle's spermatogenesis function is normal, but due to the blockage of the ejaculation duct, the male sperm cannot be discharged from the body, which is called obstructive azoospermia.

The absence of sperm in men is medically known as azoospermia. There are two reasons for this condition.

1. Men's ejaculatory ducts are blocked, with orchitis or ejaculatory duct inflammation.

2. Of course, azoospermia is caused by excessive sexual indulgence of men, which is directly related to excessive desire. The treatment for this condition is to abstain from sex and take medicine and diet therapy.

In recent years, the incidence of male infertility has been increasing. Most of them are caused by male impotence and premature ejaculation. The sperm cannot reach the uterus and ovaries of women, causing female infertility. Some gay men have no sperm, so there is no possibility of pregnancy. Men without sperm also have obvious symptoms.

First, during sexual intercourse, the man's ejaculation volume is very small. Then, the ejaculation volume is normal, but the semen is not thick at all, and it is very dilute, just like adding a little honey to water. This situation is visible to the naked eye and does not require a detailed examination. Finally, the sperm density and viscosity are normal, but none of the sperm in the semen is alive. This symptom does not seem abnormal on the surface, and the patient needs to go to the hospital for a detailed examination.
