Training methods for boys with cold hands and feet

1. Place a backrest behind you, lie on it with your upper body, raise your head, and hold your hands behind your head. Then, bend your knees, keep your legs closed, and gradually pull them up. Note that if you feel sore in your waist during training, you need to slow down and take a break.

2. While breathing, straighten your legs diagonally upward. If your knee joints cannot bend or stretch, do not bend them. Just straighten your legs as much as you can. Repeat the positions 1 to 2 5 times.

3. If you feel that it is too difficult to keep both legs straight at the same time, you can change to this position.
