Early symptoms of high uric acid in men

High uric acid is usually hidden in the early stage, but there are still some changes, so it must be paid attention to. Its symptoms are specifically manifested in three aspects. One is the subacute onset of high uric acid, which can cause joint swelling, severe pain, accompanied by fever, leukocytosis and other systemic symptoms, and affect several joints. The other is the asymptomatic stage of high uric acid, which can only be discovered through examinations. At this time, it can be alleviated through dietary control and medication. So what are the early symptoms of high uric acid in men?

What are the symptoms of high uric acid in men?

High uric acid levels occur in different stages, with different manifestations at different stages.

1. Asymptomatic hyperuricemia: A blood test may reveal an increase in the uric acid concentration in the blood, but there are no clinical manifestations such as arthritis, uric acid stones or kidney stones. This stage is generally not easy to detect unless you do a test. Asymptomatic hyperuricemia can last for 10 to 20 years, and some people may never have hyperuricemia throughout their lives. Generally speaking, the higher the blood uric acid level, the greater the risk factor for hyperuricemia.

2. Subacute hyperuricemia arthritis: It can occur in all seasons, with the highest incidence in spring and autumn. Subacute disease can be caused by joint damage, overeating, overwork, moisture, some drugs, infection and surgical treatment. These factors can cause the already oversaturated uric acid to produce fibrous crystals that accumulate in the synovial fluid of the joints. The crystals are regarded as foreign by the body's white blood cells and are ingested. After being ingested, inflammatory factors are released, causing subacute disease.

Symptoms of high uric acid levels indicate a serious condition that should be detected and prevented as soon as possible. Find the cause of the disease, such as diet, medication factors such as antihypertensive drugs, anti-tumor drugs, pathological factors such as blood diseases, diabetes, kidney diseases, etc. After finding the cause, we must solve it in a targeted manner, avoid high-purine and high-calorie food diets, take medications that cause high uric acid levels, actively treat the original disease, strengthen exercise, and maintain a healthy body.
