What is genital pain?

Men's genitals are the most important. They not only strengthen the relationship between husband and wife, but also have the mission of procreation, so men should take good care of them. Some people may feel pain in their genitals for some reasons. Apart from penile fractures, there may also be problems with the testicles or foreskin. Therefore, men should seek treatment as soon as possible to avoid more serious diseases. In daily life, we should learn to properly care for our genitals and keep them clean, which is also a way to care for our significant other.

What is genital pain?

1. Testicular pain

Testicular pain can be roughly divided into two types, acute persistent pain and chronic recurrent pain. Acute pain is more common in orchitis and injury. When orchitis occurs, the epididymis and testicles swell and become painful, and some also have symptoms such as urinary pain, urgency, and urinary incontinence. Testicular injury generally has a history of trauma and local swelling and bruising. In addition to severe testicular pain, the testicles also have scrotal swelling and skin edema. If acute testicular pain is not treated in time, it will become chronic pain, with milder, more generalized, and radiating pain, so it is not easy to determine the exact location of the inflammation.

2: Penile fracture

It is possible for the penis to be fractured, and this is not a strange theory. First, let's look at the structure of the penis: the penis is composed of two penile corpora cavernosa and one urethral corpora cavernosa. The urethra runs through the urethral corpora cavernosa, connecting the bladder internally and the glans penis externally. The penile corpora cavernosa contains abundant vascular sinuses, which are surrounded by a tough white membrane. The penile corpora cavernosa and urethra are surrounded by the penis fascia to form a whole. When the penis is erect, the vascular sinuses in the corpora cavernosa become more congested, and the blood flow increases by 25 times compared to the flaccid state.

It is precisely because the penis has such special anatomical structure and physiological characteristics that when the penis is erect, the blood membrane inside the penis is in a highly tense state because the corpus cavernosum is filled with blood. At this time, if a strong external force is applied, the penis is bent consciously or unconsciously, which can cause the tunica albuginea outside the corpus cavernosum to rupture. With a crisp "pop" sound, the penis becomes limp. At the same time, it may also be accompanied by severe pain, penis swelling, subcutaneous bruising and bruising that is biased towards the injured side. This is a "fracture" of the penis. From this point of view, the so-called "fracture" of the penis is actually a figurative term for penis fracture. Generally speaking, urination is normal when there is no urethral damage. However, if there is pressure due to hematoma, urination may become difficult.

Regardless of the cause of the penile "fracture", you should go to the hospital for treatment immediately without delay, so as to avoid unpredictable consequences and lifelong regrets.

3: Phimosis

For patients with an excessively long foreskin and a narrow foreskin opening, if the foreskin is forcibly turned up and not restored in time, the narrow foreskin opening may be tightened on the coronal sulcus of the penis, blocking the blood flow to the distal end of the foreskin and the glans penis, causing swelling in these areas. This condition is called phimosis.

Phimosis often occurs during first sexual intercourse or masturbation. After phimosis, there is severe local pain, redness and swelling of the glans penis, and edema of the foreskin. The longer the incarceration lasts, the more severe the swelling will be. If not treated in time, the foreskin and glans penis will suffer from ischemia and necrosis.

After the foreskin is incarcerated, it should be restored in time, usually by manual restoration. This method of restoration can be done by yourself. Hold the foreskin with the index and middle fingers of both hands, place the two thumbs on the head of the penis and gently push it into the foreskin, and the incarcerated foreskin can be restored. If the foreskin is incarcerated for a long time and manual restoration cannot be restored, you should go to the hospital as soon as possible for surgical restoration.

How should men maintain their reproductive organs in daily life?

1. What standard do men usually use to measure their masculinity? Muscles, strength, or the length of the penis? In fact, the penises of Oriental people are not much different, and are about 10 to 15 cm when erect. In fact, sexual ability has nothing to do with the length of the penis. Some so-called "short and fine penises" look very strong, but they are actually useless. So remember "don't talk about others' shortcomings, don't show off your own strengths."

2. Many people have a slight bend in their penis during erection, and the degree of bend varies from person to person. Some will bend up or down, and some will bend to the left or right. This is definitely not a supernatural power or a strange disease. It is normal as long as it does not cause discomfort or interfere with your sexual activity.

3. It takes about 90 to 116 days to produce sperm, and it can survive in the vagina or cervix for 72 hours.

4. The penis is mostly made of corpora cavernosa and is covered with a layer of epidermis. When sexually aroused, the corpora cavernosa become engorged with blood, causing the penis to become hard, longer, and thicker for sexual intercourse. This is known as an "erection."

5. For some men, being able to erect for a longer period of time is their dream goal. Some people will also use the length of erection time to compare. In fact, erecting for too long will make people unhappy, because the penis is erect for too long without subsidence. Not only will you not be able to enjoy the pleasure of sexual desire, but it will also make you feel miserable. Injections that treat impotence or leukemia can cause this.

6. Never put a rubber band or a strap on the penis in order to prolong the erection time or prevent him from ejaculating. This is likely to cause blood clotting and lead to necrosis of penile tissue.

7. In some cases, the penis can break if it is hit hard. When the penis breaks, it will make a loud noise and blood will flow to the surrounding tissues. It will be very painful. It is best to send him to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible.

8. In fact, if the female vagina is not very lubricated and you force your way in, and the action is too intense, it will not only cause the woman to feel infinite pain, but you may also cause your foreskin to tear. Although the foreskin will heal on its own, if it is too serious, the wound needs to be sutured.

9. Do you have any problems with his premature ejaculation? In fact, for young people between ten and twenty years old, premature ejaculation is not surprising. It may be caused by his lack of experience, excessive excitement, tension or anxiety. Try wearing a condom; this can reduce the sensitivity of the penis and prolong the time of sex to meet the needs of both parties.

10. When the testicles become inflamed, white or yellow discharge flows out of the penis, urination is painful or uncomfortable, or discharge flows out of the anus when the anus is irritated, you should stop sexual activity immediately, because the above symptoms may indicate that you/he may have a sexually transmitted disease and you should see a doctor immediately.

11. Don’t think you are superman or sexually thirsty. In fact, the average man’s sexual activity reaches its peak when he is around 20 years old. On average, he can have an erection up to seven times a day!

Lifestyles that are not conducive to men’s health include:

1. Excessive drinking and smoking

2. Frequent masturbation

3. Frequent sex

4. Drinking carbonated beverages for a long time
